Biography

Energetic Central American DJ Carlos Zamora rose from relative obscurity to one of the most popular DJ's in Fort Lauderdale, and is now moving from the local scene onto the global scene. Born to a hard working family from El Salvador he did not get involved in music until the age of 15. Raised primarily on classic American soul Carlos Zamora, known as DJ Apocalypse7 began studying different genres of music and adoped the name Apocalypse7 symbolic of the musical journey awaiting him.

He divides his time between the dance floor and the studio where he continues to work on tracks for future release where he will make his own imprint in the Electronic Music Culture. His dedication to his craft is inspired by years of watching his father's struggle to bring his family to America. At the age of 15 Carlos began to work on simple drum driven instrumental anthems. Today is is composing deep house and techno tracks.

Now working with artists such as David Moralee, Anatra, and more he has become a featured DJ and continues to rise to prominence and as an internationally recognized musical force. He has attained recognition for his great mixes which propell his name into his audience's consciousness and is becoming beloved all around the world. The demand for his live performances and original music continues to grow due to his ever growing reputation as one of the most dedicated artists to his craft.
